What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, the state you live in, and the answers you give about your situation — such as an income band, an age band, or when you would like to be contacted.

We also record which page you came from and which campaign brought you, so we know what you asked about when we call.

The calculators do not send us anything

Every calculator and checklist on this site runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type into them — your income, your mortgage, your existing cover — are never transmitted to us and are not stored anywhere. We can see that a tool was completed. We cannot see what you put into it.

How we use it

To contact you about the life insurance and educational material you asked for, by phone, text message and email. A licensed producer will call you, and you may receive follow-up messages and educational emails.

Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time — reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell whoever calls you.

When we will not contact you

Keylock Your Life is licensed in GA, FL, TX, LA. If you live outside those states, your details are recorded and marked as outside our licensed area, no call is scheduled, and no producer is notified. We are not permitted to write business where we are not licensed and we do not pretend otherwise.

We do not send messages outside 8am to 9pm in your own time zone, and we apply stricter state rules where they exist. A message that falls due overnight waits until the morning.

Who sees it

Your details go to Keylock Your Life and its licensed producers. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other agencies or lead buyers.

We use ordinary service providers to make the system work — email and text delivery, calendar booking, and the software this site runs on. They process your details on our instructions in order to provide those services, and for no other purpose.

Advertising

We advertise on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and those platforms may set cookies or similar technologies to measure whether an advert led to a visit. You can control this in your own browser and in the privacy settings of those platforms.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of contact at any time by any of the routes above. Ask, and it happens — we do not require a reason.

Terms of use

Everything on this site is educational. It is not tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation for your particular situation. Nothing here is an offer of insurance or a quote.

The calculators are illustrations. They use the figures you enter and stated assumptions to show a method, and they cannot predict your result. Eligibility, product availability, terms and pricing vary by state, by age and by health, and are determined by the issuing insurance company — not by this site.

Guaranteed values and non-guaranteed values are different things, and we show them separately wherever we show them at all. A licensed producer will confirm what actually applies to you, in writing, before anything is applied for.
